What a week. Not only did I get more than 1 point, I actually doubled my season score to launch myself square into the middle of the lower half of the standings. Woohoo!
The scrum crushers this week were Molly, Fletcher and Dan – each with perfect scores. Cecilia continues her reign at the top as she seems to be comfortably cruising along. Way to go!
It would be a shame if the four of them got donuts next week to let the rest of us in on the fun. Not that I am publicly wishing for such things. But I do love donuts. Mmm.
The tightest games for week 5 featured teams nobody wants to watch. So I mixed in the Sunday and Monday nights hoping prime time can add some entertainment value. Picks are due Friday at midnight.

Our photo of the week is of Cecilia and Greg at Miller Park. They are enjoying beers and food in the Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, as Greg uses his phone to review analytics and calculate the potential trajectory of the next hit. I can only assume their support launched the Brewers into the playoffs. (side note: ballparks change names, but I do not change habits… it’s still Miller Park to me)
